Naked Man Jumps From Window and Bites Innocent Woman
Richard Cimino Jr., of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for stripping naked in the street, breaking into a house, jumping through a second story window, attacking a woman in the street, and then biting her on the head in what is being described as “another naked cannibalistic zombie-style attack” presumed to be linked to the drug known as “bath salts”.
The incident took place on the morning of September 7, when the 20-year-old allegedly drove his car off the road, got out, stripped down to his underwear, and then tried to break into a local house on Hudson Street in Hawley, a small town located in Wayne County in Pennsylvania.
The Doylestown Patch reported that he woke an occupant in the house, but was not able to make it inside. Police said the homeowner yelled at the man who refused to leave at first, but then fled down the street.
“Cimino stopped about 900 feet away, at a house at 521 Hudson St.,” according to the Doylestown Patch. “He stripped off his underwear on the way, police said. The naked man then broke into the home, which was vacant, and made his way up to the second floor.”
Reports say he then he jumped out a second story window he seriously injured his arms and legs which caused profuse bleeding.
But, that didn’t stop him.
He then allegedly approached two women walking down the street. The women were identified as Ann Monaghan and Nancy Dean-Corino by GlobalGrind.com. Cimino allegedly knocked Dean-Corino to the ground.
State Trooper David Aulisio told the Doylestown Patch that Cimino began drenching her in his blood, held her, and “gnawed at (her) head, screaming like an animal.”
According to the Huffington Post, “the women escaped and called police, who found Cimino lying on the road, severely injured and displaying ‘delusional behavior.’”
Cimino was injured but still full of fight. The Doylestown Patch reported that he lunged at police as they approached, and they had to fire a taser at him to subdue him.
But, even that didn’t stop him.
After they thought he was finally subdued, emergency medical personnel tried to help him, but he was still putting up a fight. Reports conflict as to whether he punched one of the state troopers or one of the emergency medical personnel, causing a “minor injury,” according to The Doylestown Patch.
“Police in Hawley were not sure whether Cimino was high, drunk, crazy or some combination of the three, and so [they] had his blood tested when he was admitted to a Scranton hospital.” reported truTV.com.
Cimino’s alleged behavior is eerily reminiscent of several other recent, bizarre attacks that have inspired some websites like ZombiePrepNetwork.com to conclude that these events are the beginning of an “impending zombie apocalypse.”
But, many of these attacks are presumed to be linked to a synthetic stimulant drug known as “bath salts,” which is being blamed for the horrific, zombie-like behavior. However, because there is no way to currently test for the drug, it can’t conclusively be linked to these attacks.
“The woman Cimino attacked in Hawley was not seriously hurt,” reported truTV.com.
But the Doylestown Patch reported that “Cimino is expected to be transferred to a hospital in the Philadelphia area to have plastic surgery to repair some of his injuries.”
The GlobalGrind.com, says that Cimino “has been charged with two counts each of aggravated assault, simple assault, indecent exposure and criminal mischief, plus three counts of burglary and one count each of criminal trespass and defiant trespassing.”
